Immediate full payment secures your Pups space on our training programmes, once secured, no refunds.
Each programme consists of 6 pre confirmed dates to which full attendance is required for successful completion of our graduation.
One well behaved child is welcome to attend our classes but only when pre agreed.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of vaccination, this is to ensure the safety of all of our class members.
Please ensure you attend our classes in sensible footwear. No heels.
Please arrive to the training venue ready and 5 minutes before your class begins as this helps us maintain our training structure. We will not be able to accept any arrivals later than 10 minutes (for the safety of you and your pups, we lock the main entrance doors to all locations).
All of our training programmes are reward based, please bring plenty of your pups favourite snacks to last the whole 45 minute sessions.
